Emma Lindsay
Over the past decade, Emma has worked across marketing, innovation, sustainability and business strategy roles, leading projects at Nestlé in the UK and San Francisco before moving into sustainability strategy consulting at Anthesis. There, she supported global companies such as Amazon, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, and Lucid Motors in tackling complex sustainability and business challenges.
As CEO of The Impact Shift, Emma channels her experience into supporting businesses of all sizes to grow while driving a greater positive impact on the world. Whether it’s scaling impact, embedding sustainability into business strategy, or navigating tricky decisions, she thrives on helping leaders find the best path forward.

Matt Unerman is a sustainability consultant with over 5 years of experience across the food system. He’s advised major retailers, NGOs, startups, and policymakers on complex issues like waste and recycling, food waste, sustainability strategy, regenerative agriculture, and protein transition.
With a background spanning Costa Coffee, Tesco, WWF, and Compassion in World Farming, Matt brings operational insight, behavioural science, and systems-level thinking.

Becci is a charity and social value consultant with over 18 years of experience in the charity, consulting and commercial sectors.
She blends skills gained from leadership roles at a range of charities with experience leading projects for a top-tier strategy consultancy and a strong track record of delivering social impact. As a former chief executive and senior leader, Becci has steered organisations through complex transitions, secured multi-million-pound income streams, and shaped governance that supports sustainable impact.
Her early career at a leading strategy consultancy saw her deliver projects for national and international brands including Heineken, Argos, Asda and Pure Gym, developing astute commercial insight that now underpins her work with businesses developing social value strategy.
