CEO & Founder
Over the past decade, Emma has worked across marketing, innovation, and strategy roles, leading projects at Nestlé in the UK and San Francisco before moving into sustainability strategy consulting at Anthesis. There, she supported global companies such as Amazon, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, and Lucid Motors in tackling complex sustainability and business challenges.
As CEO of The Impact Shift, Emma channels her experience into supporting businesses of all sizes to grow while driving a greater positive impact on the world. Whether it’s scaling impact, embedding sustainability into business strategy, or navigating tricky decisions, she thrives on helping leaders find the best path forward.
